Oceana LEADS (Leading Efforts Against Alcohol and Drugs) is a partnership between Oceana County community members, organizations, and other stakeholders to reduce the misuse and abuse of alcohol and drugs within our community. 

Mission Statement
To achieve a reduction in drug and alcohol use by empowering youth and families within Oceana County to engage in opportunities that will promote health and quality lives.
